1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for or accessing TelosMatch ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not access or use the Service.

2. Service Description & Credit System

TelosMatch provides AI-assisted resume diagnostic auditing, career opportunity matching, STAR achievement rewrite generation, and recruiter candidate ranking tools.

• Free Starter Tier: Includes 10 free Match & Diagnostic Credits upon registration.
• Pay-As-You-Go Credits: Users may purchase additional credits at a standard rate of $1 USD = 10 Credits. Credits do not expire while your account remains active.
• Non-Refundable Consumption: Credits consumed during successful AI evaluations or document generation are non-refundable. If an automated system error occurs, the consumed credit is automatically refunded to your wallet.

3. User Data & Intellectual Property

You retain full ownership of all resumes, documents, and descriptions you upload to the Service. By uploading content, you grant TelosMatch a limited, non-exclusive license solely to process and analyze the content to deliver the requested services.

We do not sell your data to third parties or use your private resume text to train public foundational AI models.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to:

• Use automated scrapers, bots, or scripts to harvest free credits or overload the infrastructure.
• Upload malicious payloads, reverse-engineer proprietary scoring logic, or bypass authentication controls.
• Attempt unauthorized access to other tenant workspaces or recruiter requisitions.

5. Termination & Erasure

You may terminate your account at any time using our self-serve "Forget Me" tool in Account Settings, which executes an immediate, irreversible database purge of all your stored data.
